Agreement

By using Audius Song of the Day ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

The Service is a Discord bot that selects and distributes information about a featured Audius track each day through Discord servers and optional direct messages.

Features, functionality, and availability may change at any time without notice.

Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and Discord's policies when using the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including Discord and Audius. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, content, or actions originating from those services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or infrastructure
• Interfere with operation of the Service
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Abuse commands or automated functionality
• Circumvent restrictions implemented by the Service

Intellectual Property

Audius track information, artwork, artist names, and related content remain the property of their respective owners.

Ownership of the Service, source code, branding, website content, and related materials remains with the Service operator unless otherwise stated.

Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. No guarantee is made regarding uptime, availability, message delivery, or accuracy of third-party content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated at any time for abuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or operational reasons.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
